All prices are based on written quotes via email and include net value plus VAT. For credit card bookings, payment must be received 24 hours prior to travel to guarantee service and allocation.
Account Customers: Cancellations after 22:00 on the day prior to travel and before 06:00 on the day may incur charges up to the full amount. Cancellations after 06:00 on the day of travel may incur charges if within 8 hours of booking time.
Non-Account/Credit Card Booking: Full charges may apply for cancellations 24 hours prior to the day/time of travel.
For events or large-scale reservations, the company reserves the right to set a cancellation policy appropriate for multiple vehicle hire.
Clients are expected to behave appropriately, particularly concerning alcohol consumption. Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to, not wearing seatbelts, leaning out of windows, smoking, excessive alcohol consumption, violence, or being under the influence of illegal substances.
For non-airport pickups, one hour of waiting time is allowed past the agreed time. Additional charges may apply thereafter.
The company reserves the right to charge 50% extra for normal bank holidays. Christmas & New Year prices are upon application.
Pricing is based on base-to-base mileage from the nearest service operator, or hourly charges, whichever is greater.
The first 45 minutes of waiting time are included within the quoted or standard job price for airport arrivals. Additional charges apply thereafter.
Only company drivers are permitted to drive company cars.
The company accepts responsibility for damage caused by fire or collision, but any damage caused during the hire period by the hirer, guests, or party members will be the responsibility of the hirer.
In the event of a breakdown, every effort will be made to find a replacement vehicle as soon as possible.
The company accepts no responsibility for delays caused by circumstances outside its control.
The driver will choose the best route, and no allowance will be made if it is not the shortest route.
Every effort will be made to provide the requested vehicle type, but an alternative may be provided if necessary.
